      Pros

      Unfortunately, I regret ever working here.

      Cons

      A family oriented company is the perception ACH attempts to display. Nepotism in actuality is what evidently is witness. Long term loyal employee’s who have worked endless hours to see the company succeed are let go, while a blind eye is turned towards family members. The company is spread too thin. The infrastructure is lacking and evident by the increase use of agency nurses which in turn has greatly damage trust and quality of the services provided. It’s sad to see a company once successful go downhill.

As our employee and friend of many years, and after the efforts made in service to helping you succeed, seeing that you have posted back to back negative and falsified reviews is disappointing. We have contacted you personally offline to please remove these untrue accusations. You know that ACH is a successful, growing company. You also know that our employees have rated us as a great place to work four years in a row (by an anonymous survey through a third party) partly because we address the concerns brought to us – regarding benefits, viral conversations, and job descriptions. Corrections is a unique field, and we are proud of our experts and strong leaders in and out of the corporate office. We appreciate the time you spent with us, and continue to wish the best for you moving forward.

      Pros

      Flex time program (although hard to use), 401K option with match, HSA option, etc.

      Cons

      Definite favoritism is growing more and more obvious. Those who work the hardest are then saddled with the work of others who cannot complete their tasks. Seems as if the competent people are let go more quickly than those who should have more documented issues of not completing their work or proven issues and negative track records. Several valuable and loyal employees have seemed to have been forced out recently. Insurance is TERRIBLE and expensive. Due to the fear of management you'd see some people flex and use PTO excessively while, again typically the hardest workers, others would feel afraid to take any time off or work EXTRA beyond the required flex as to be sure to prove they were working and proving themselves while others skated by.

      None worth mentioning. My supervisor is nice but can’t change anything

      Cons

      Not enough hours to complete mountains of paperwork due. Long process to get assistance.
