      Great Place to Work Award 4 years in a Row is Rightfully Earned!

      Pros

      Company is flexible and understanding, hard work is expected AND rewarded, excellent employee recognition program. Friendly staff and work environment. Correctional medicine can be a difficult field to navigate, but ACH remains the only correctional healthcare company to win the GPTW award for a reason.

      Cons

      Insurance is a little high, but the company has worked very hard on finding the best options for employees.

      Exceptional Company that does the right thing

      Pros

      I have been with Advanced for over a decade. It is truly a family-oriented company. There is amazing expertise represented among its leadership and at all levels. This company nurtures professional development. It not only encourages us to do the right thing, but models it. I have learned so much in my time here and my marketability has grown enormously. Despite that, I can’t imagine working any where else. This is my work home and my work family.

      Cons

      None. This is a family company - openly so - but every family member has had to earn their place - likely more so. (note: I am not a family member but have been treated with unparalleled kindness). I am blessed to work for ACH, not an impersonal and cold corporation.
