      Pros

      Independent nursing with good educational training provided. Dr. on call 24 hr. for assistance. Able to manage work and family life.

      Cons

      Part time cannot participate with 401 K investing unless you have a certain amount of hours and every one should be able to participate.

      Pros

      Love love love what I do. Ach works with you in every aspect. Awesome benefits such as PTO 401k etc. My RNM is AMAZING just love my job!

      Cons

      It's hard to keep a good PRN nurse, I rarely take time off but when I need to there is never any coverage.

      Great benefits. Nice people to work for. Always someone available to answer a question. Regional Nurse Manager is wonderful to work with. Flexible schedule. Must be dedicated to your job to be successful with ACH.

      Cons

      Corporate office far from working site.
