Great people, flexability, outstanding communication, backs their employees without question

Cons

The only Con I could come up with is I left for a long 9 month period, thinking the grass could be greener. when I left I never wanted to be back home with my family (Advanced Correctional Healthcare) more than ever. This is a stellar company, That treats their workers as if they were their own loved ones and I will forever offer my support, trust, and hard work to progress us into the future

Pros

Flexible work hours. Very family friendly. RNM's listen and help in anyway possible. Always able to call for clarification or questions.

Cons

Training was a bit fast, lots of binders but they aren't really gone over other than to tell you they are there.

Pros

My input regarding medical care is taken seriously. There is enough autonomy and I can call my supervisor easily if I need advice. some flexibility with schedule and challenging patient population. I am an Internist and I use most of my expertise here.

Cons

It is a business and occasionally the public relations overtakes the quality and safety of patient care. We are all working to make this better.
