I don't have any cons.

Overworked. My very first two weeks, supposedly orientation, I worked 120 hours. When I asked for an evening off I was told by RNM that she had worked several holidays abd that her life basically revolved around work. I stated that, as I was dedicated, I also have young children at home. She did not let me have the evening off. A few months into my employment, I was working a combination of all three shifts in a given week up to 100/120 hours a pay period. I was one of 3 nurses, as well as being site manager. I became exhausted, and ultimately became so ill that I collapsed while on duty. I was in the ICU for 3 days only to be terminated 2 days after my dismissal. Not one time did my supervisor or any upper management call to see how I was doing or wish me well. After my termination I requested a copy of the report, or training log, used during the telephone conference(i was fired over the phone), I called corporate several times, I also e mailed requesting the information. I got an email stating that they did not have to release anything to me and they didn't. I also want to add that the COs at the jail were being amongst each other how long I would stay before quitting or getting fired. I was the fifth site manager in just over three years. The RNM was hard to work with and it showed in the turn over rate of nurses and site managers.
