      Pros

      Such a great environment. Very strong core values that everyone in the company believes in and having common values makes it good to know that everyone is working towards the same goals with the same values in mind.

      I can't think of anything negative to say about working here!

      I love this company, If you are lucky enough to work here you won't want to leave. I'm proud to be a part of the team.

      Pros

      It's an extended family environment. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. I really enjoy the responsiveness of the corporate office. They are awesome! So quick to help with what ever you need. This is a great place to work! Don't pass up an opportunity if you are offered. You definitely will not regret it.

      Cons

      Not really any cons to report. The insurance monthly premiums are ridiculously high. I have heard that's really everywhere now. The interviewing process is very lengthy. Be prepared for 2 or 3 weeks before you are offered a job. That can be hard to turn down other jobs when your still not sure if you got this one.

      Great Place To Work!

      Pros

      Open door policy allows you to voice your concerns or ideas for improvement to any member of management. Everyone is treated equally and fairly. Opportunity for advancement from within. Employee recognition for accomplishments and contributions. Pay is above average and benefits are good.

      Cons

      None. Well run company with a good outlook for future success.
