      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits. Most of the people in home office very helpful. Nice web-site for employees to get needed information regarding their positions, benefits, etc.

      Cons

      Very POOR site management!! And the CEO didn't bother to reply to me when I sent him a letter explaining my position on a "blown out of proportion" incident with another POOR site manager. Denied my unemployment due to this. I felt the CEO was a much bigger person than that and I was truly upset due to the "no reply". I loved this company and was planning on staying with it. There was no problems with me nor my work until yet another site manager caused problems. I guess I wouldn't tell anyone not to apply with this company, but I'd be making sure that you watched what you said to Site Managers.

      ACH is a great company...

      Pros

      The pay is great, the hours are flexible, and the staff is extremely professional and helpful. I never feel like I'm alone when handling difficult situations. My immediate supervisor and her supervisor are incredible!

      Cons

      Because ACH is very spread out in several states, I'm not able to have face to face time with ACH as much as I would like. But that's the only con I can think of.

      Pros

      Advanced Correctional healthcare is a team oriented company, they strive to make sure that the facilities that we serve are satisfied with the work that is provided for them. They work hard to make sure that the office staff support the field staff in all that they do.

      Cons

      Most of the time you feel like you are working alone, but there is always someone a phone call or text away that can answer any questions.
