      ACH feels like home.

      Pros

      After working in a few different jobs, I finally feel at home at ACH. I feel like I have a place, I feel like I have a purpose and Im empowered to make positive changes in the company. It's easy to feel engaged when a company supports its employees like ACH does- their teamwork atmosphere is unparalleled. Everyone works together, everyone helps when you have questions and your hard work is recognized! This company operates on one simple premise, do the right thing. A value seen and appreciated by it's employees and clients. What a breath of fresh air!

      Cons

      Difficult to concentrate in cube atmosphere at times.

      Swift, strategic progression the norm at ACH.

      Pros

      Everything at ACH seems to have a plan and quick, calculated action to any opportunities that arise. ACH progresses in areas to keep up with improved interviewing & hiring strategies, training, leadership opportunities, work-life balance needs, highly competitive salaries and benefits. There are many more ways to recognize co-workers and hard-working people, too, which goes further than people realize. It's nice to be recognized regularly for good work.

      Cons

      Flex time is a great benefit, but a bit flawed at times for salaried employees.

      Wonderful Orientation

      Pros

      The orientation period was great, I never felt as if were being left to manage on my own. The company has made my safety a priority. I never wait lengthy amount of times when help is needed or when questions need answered. The upper-level management is consistently looking for ways to better their current employees. The leadership training given to management staff was very motivational.

      Cons

      The hiring process can be slow at times. The management that I started with, did not keep in contact with me to let me know this. After my initial interview I had to wait a lengthy amount of time to be hired and had started looking at other companies for employment. This does not seem to be the case at this time.
