If you want to learn the claims business from the ground up, this is the place. If you are willing to learn every roll, they will assist.

Cons

Nearby airport is kind of noisy.

Pros

Great place to learn everything there is to know about managed care. Departments are constantly working together so you always learn new things and get to see the bigger picture of health care while making a difference. You never feel isolated to your own tasks.

Cons

The physical therapy office above us is a little loud but not AMM's fault :)

Pros

Company has multiple discounts for different vendors. Company has 401K, sick time, PTO. They also hold monthly luncheons for the whole company for the birthdays of that month. Christmas Bonuses come every year as well (based on performance and salary). Holiday party is also super fun and nice. Management is always willing to listen to employees concerns and ideas. After working for a year, there is a CHANCE you can work from home (based on the reason).

Cons

Originally PTO was only 1 weeks worth, but has since increased to 2 weeks. The location is right by Long Beach Airport, you can hear plans take off (very loud) and sometimes a little shaking.
