Small company feel, everyone knows each other.

Cons

HR is clueless about covid precautions. Upper management cutting benefits with little warning. Management is ineffective and likes to blame cronies instead of facilitating and taking responsibility for department. Too many meetings for the sake of meetings. Poor compensation.

* big bonus at end of the year! I was pretty surprised my 1st year, as the bonus was well over 2k *small company everyone gets to know everyone *Managers are approachable and have open door policy * Not micromanage * one on one training's with supervisors * Great Christmas Parties with plenty of gifts, food, drinks etc.
