Management tries to talk down to you. But they can't handle receiving that treatment back. I don't back down so they intimidated them. Not to mention they make up training and practices on the fly. They are day to day with no real organization. The staff is low level people and most have not been at the company longer than 6 months. When I was there they gave me a project that had over 1500 issues. I got it down to 400. But they let me go because they couldn't get me to walk on egg shells. This company is a mom and pop shop. I previously worked for a big healthcare company for over 4 years and took a chance at something new with this knock off company AMM. Never heard of them but figured I'd give it a shot. Bad idea. This company is like a liquor store and companies like Anthem etc.. are like walmart. And management for Provider Data are absolutely garbage. This company has no training addendum. They sit you with someone and you learn to do things that person's way. Management has a napoleon complex. They will treat you like dirt IF you allow it. I don't allow that at all. Staff is unprofessional and so is management. They let people take days off for hair appointments etc. This place is a JOB. Not a career in the slightest. If you want a job with an indecisive job title, that will last for around 2 months or so you've found the right place. AMM is the liquor store of healthcare IPAs.
