You will do all the paperwork involved..just like an LLC..minus taxes..your booking of hotel..car rental..timesheets..required online training everyday ( usually an hour or two ).. of course this is after you worked for 10-12 hrs...which is the only way to make a decent wage here..I've referred 9 people two of which got hired.( never received the referral bonus of 2k each..They said I would receive 5k sign on bonus..only got half which was taxed at 40%...They send you to a project without the tools necessary to succeed..many times..they will take an AUTOMATIC % out for 401k..even though you request them NOT to do so..which is 5% ...There's no support for the guys in the field..if you call the office for help with the paperwork..some MANAGER will call you back and cc hew you out...They have so much turnover..I was warned before taking this job...but I'm one of those people who have to find out for myself..I've been in the Industrial Maintenance industry for 41 yrs..I've worked for many top tier companies...and by far this is absolutely the worst place I've ever worked bar none..BEWARE DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY..YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION....
