      Great coworkers and good benefits

      Cons

      The salary structure is hit & miss. People in the same job not being paid the same. Company is definitely taking advantage because some are working an insane amount of overtime without pay (curse of being salaried) but not being compensated at a rate commiserate with coworkers despite having been hired at the same time and having high ratings on all performance reviews. Money seems to be all management cares about.
