ATS UK is the WORST company I've ever worked for.

Pros

The Managing director is probably the most approachable person within the entire organisation. As an individual he's pretty great and is genuinely interested in the happiness and development of his staff.

Cons

Middle management team is a joke! Not to say there aren't a few decent guys amongst them but there's quite a few egotistical individuals with little knowledge who feel the best way to manage is by bullying those around you.

there really isn't any..

If you work on the help desk side of ATS you really get screwed, you get paid less, waaaay less. you're under different management, you don't have the same benefits and are under a stricter set of rules. they micro manage every minute of your day. you have scheduled bathroom breaks. there is no place to move up, once you take a potion you are stuck there unless you make a complete career switch.
