Great opportunities to learn and grow as a person. I've greatly increased my knowledge, skills, and abilities at ATS. You are constantly challenged to do and learn more.

Cons

This isn't a company to have a career. Unless you work for the corporate office you are slightly more than a resource to be used.

The only good thing about this place was shift change meetings. Those helped with communication

Cons

The management team at the Columbus, NE site is completely inept and tell no truth! They have no grasp on factory maintenance! They have very high turnover, and site management does not listen to the advice of the employees who have been there longer. After they told several maintenance people they werent qualified enough, they have started asking them to help them because they cant get machines running.

Variety, multiple online training courses.

Cons

If you're at a site other than Peoria or Greenville, you are completely at the mercy of your site supervisor if you have one. Corporate does not do oversight of their site managers, they don't have time. If you have a site supervisor, you better suck up and make like their best friend.
