      Pros

      They have a fairly good training program.

      Cons

      They brag about how well they take care of their employees and how much they are growing and making money, But then give 1% raises. They also only give a very small relocation package when they loose a site.

      I do not have no pros for this job or for this company. They are like a bunch a used car salesman.

      Cons

      In the corporate world at ATS they are looking for a drinker and good ole boys literally. They are a good ole boy system they make promises that they do not keep. I had a great job before this job the recruiter from ATS calls me and will not leave me alone makes all these promises. Then once I start training in the third month just because I don't drink and butt kisser with a good O'Boys they let me go.
