      Pay and benefits aren't too bad. Co-workers are generally decent people to work with.

      Cons

      Good ole boy system at it's finest. Better get in line and join the group or get left behind.

      Have gone through 11 site managers in 10 years. High turnover leads to a desperate need to hire top talent at low wages.

      ATS is a knowledgeable company when it comes to maintenance. They also pay better than most companies that have their own maintenance personnel

      Cons

      ATS is a contract company so you can get stuck between what ATS corporate wants you to do and what the customer wants you to do because they don't always align with each other
