Pros
ATS is a great place to get started in the tech field. It gave me real world experience. They are very customer focused, and since you are the one taking with the customer they want to hero you be your best. They never expect you to do this you're reasonably uncomfortable with. Management and Sr. techs are always willing to give a helping hand, and they treat you with respect. Everyday gives new challenges, and you're working with a team of experts.
Cons
Things can get kind of stale on the desk, but that happens everywhere you go. One of the accounts I worked with was unreasonable at times, and hard to work with. That isn't the fault of ATS though.
