Company has solid growth each year with numerous opportunities for advancement and relocation. The service offering has a true value to its customers and is therefore in demand. Strong emphasis on safety and training!

Cons

Biggest downside is the inability to control the business environment being served. For example, ATS has significant presence inside many large manufacturing facilities. If manufacturer begins to see a loss, ATS is adversely affected as a result. This creates a sense of insecurity in the workforce and can lead to greater turn-over.
