Pros

Safety program really is one of the best in class. Pay scale is average and fair. Alot of opportunities if you are able to relocate.

Cons

Lack of teamwork. Lack in developing people. Ranges from no management support to micromanagement. Lack of appreciation.

Opportunity to use my technical skills to solve a range of computer issues, ability to work with team to build documentation and support one another. Good team spirit.

Cons

Terrible long commute from where I lived, somewhat inflexible corporate culture.

Cons

Management has no clue what there employee actually does. Horribly unorganized unethical worried more about making themselves look good on paper than actually fixing machines. You can't fix things right because you can't get the parts yet their upset if it breaks again.
