      Always on the borderline of going out of the IT Business

      Pros

      If you are a beginning IT person you can learn a lot here. If you can get in the Ameren or CAT accounts, these would be great to learn.

      Cons

      Management is always in panic mode. Management has no idea how to run a IT Services Business Lower than average pay. They always try to find a way to pay people less. After you reach manager there is no where to go from there. Always feels like at some point your going to walk in and they will have closed the doors. Stop letting the customers walk all over you. One account has a 250 call limit. After that ATS gets NO money for this. What business school do they tell you to work for free?

      Pros

      Great idea of how to run a Maintenance Deoartment. The corporate company really cares about the people and safety . Salaries are OK but not consistant. I could retire here.

      Cons

      When ATS takes over a maintenance Department they sometimes don't do a thorough job. Working as contract maintenance for Eaton sucks. Period. They don't care about true maintenance. ATS is all about maintenance , so you can see where this is going.

      Great learning experience and plenty of opportunity

      Pros

      Learning opportunities and employee development, ability to grow within the company. Utilize a lot of industry standard tools, so you gain a wealth of knowledge and experience.

      Cons

      Work-life balance. Being a contracted service company the front line employees are often pulled in different directions and are required to do things for both the customer and the company and often times it does leave enough time in the day.
