      Pros

      Friendly management without a whole lot of pressure. Expected to complete daily tasks but not ridiculed.Atmosphere was very calm and relaxed with most people being very friendly.

      Cons

      There isn't a whole lot of room to grow out of your role. I was only an intern but I wanted to learn ins and outs of business practices. Instead, I pretty much did glorified temp work.

      It's a good work environment for some one who wants to see first hand how to rep a company off

      Cons

      Poorly Managed people who don't have a clue on what there doing destroying customers equipment and cosing extend down time and expenses for parts they don't need or services

      Pros

      Fair compensation to managers with good bonuses tied to objectives. They have density in the Southeast US, but they are expanding to the West. They are beginning to provide technical training to more employees with the acquisition of a training company in early 2014.

      Cons

      Remote job sites lack support from human resources, which makes it challenging for start-up sites to build the culture. The same is multiplied for a Site Manager that is new to the company. Their onboard process needs to be improved
