Leadership is completely worthless at all levels with only a couple of exceptions. Leadership has no plan, never gives direction, or feedback. Emails, calls, text and instant messages are ignored. If you bring up any issues or ask for support you are portrayed as having a bad attitude. They basically you shut up and work while they travel around and eat expensive dinners.

My manager does not respond, really not many in leadership respond, When my manager does respond he doesn’t know the know annythin and gives no solutions or support. He is a smooth talker only. My second level is very knowledgeable and responsive but he does nothing about my managers performance. Upper management talks a big game but lets the customer run over the site teams. They really just don’t care about the lower level employees.
