      Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Communication is so important. For the latest information, log on to the intranet (ATS home hub) and attend the Friday Meetings and Town Halls when possible. There are recordings available on the intranet if you can not watch the live meetings. Also, look out for emails from Employee Communications and use Yammer and the FMS Operating System Tier Boards at your site.       Money was good. Co-workers had good vibes.

      Cons

      Heavy handed management, somewhat out of touch. Work Life balance non-existent.

      Unprofessional management

      Pros

      A pay check that was timely deposited. Happy when they lost contract.

      Cons

      Off Site Management which is clueless. Team meetings where employee's are criticized for performance versus one on one's. Only concern is volume of work performed by technicians to maximize company profits.
