      Bad culture & worse ethics

      Pros

      Pay was good once after several promotions.

      Cons

      No real business strategy beyond selling more contracts. Bait and switch tactics used frequently in terms of advancement opportunities causing a lot of frustration. The company has been going downhill for the last decade due to poor upper management and lack of focus.

      Lousy systems, always changing with no benefits or at least it is not communicated to us.

      Great company to work for. Excellent benefits. Good pay.

      Cons

      Non stop hard work in the heat. Not a lot of time for any break. Although pretty normal for maintenance.
