      Non at the Nevada Location.

      ATS NLV Is the location you want to work if you don't mind being belittled everyday, there is no life outside of work here. Not only does local management not like there employees they do there part in making sure you know you mean nothing to them. Management by Intimidation not respect as you give them, your just another body and they make sure you know that by the way your treated.

      The only good thing about this place was shift change meetings. Those helped with communication

      The management team at the Columbus, NE site is completely inept and tell no truth! They have no grasp on factory maintenance! They have very high turnover, and site management does not listen to the advice of the employees who have been there longer. After they told several maintenance people they werent qualified enough, they have started asking them to help them because they cant get machines running.
