Anti-Worker Company. Every rule, policy, benefit, is carefully crafted to work against the employees interests. Overtime, Vacation, Work Hours, all manipulated to benefit company at expense of the employee. Then after years of service they will toss you out with no reason to save money and cut costs, all they care about. Business founder and owner was anti-union due to bad experiences witnessed when he worked at Caterpillar, made sure his rules would always benefit Company at expense of the employee.
