      There is no place to for advancement, you are always a contractor for the company you are working for. These jobs are full time but they are full time working for another company so can be stopped at any time.

      Great safety program. Local teams work well together.

      Corporate is out of touch with the services they sell. Focus is on corporate culture and not local culture which is what the customer sees.
