      Vacation time, decent pay, and a great team of technicians

      Cons

      Horrible insurance, willing to to let customer run the show at employees expense, worst employee turnover that I have ever seen. A company full of empty promises. Terrible supervision, from the sight manager all the way to the President of the company.

      Variety, multiple online training courses.

      Cons

      If you're at a site other than Peoria or Greenville, you are completely at the mercy of your site supervisor if you have one. Corporate does not do oversight of their site managers, they don't have time. If you have a site supervisor, you better suck up and make like their best friend.
