      Pros

      Good company with a good culture. I was in IT managed services, and in an industry where experience is important, they gave me my entry level job. Good company for learning as they have a wide variety of job opportunities.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover. Most good supervisors and employees don't stick around very long because the pay levels can be below industry averages on the IT side

      If I could think of any I would be happy to list them. Unfortunately I really can't think of any except you get paid every two weeks.

      Cons

      If they are an IT company you could have fooled me. Communication is poor at best. The supervisors push everyone so the can achieve their bonuses. Very unorganized, training was nonexistent and the IT Leadership we never hear from. They really only have help desk and break fix maintenance. When they win "staffing" positions the margins are so high the client fires them when they find out what their paying the staff person vs what they are charging the client.

      Pros

      Covered, free parking, cafe on-site, good benefits package and supervisors work with us to improve, as well as, encouraging employees and understanding the issues.

      Cons

      Wish the pay was a little better. Just acquired almost $10K in student loans to finish education for certifications (which cost too much in the first place) and was hoping for at least 10K higher than the starting pay offered.
