The passion the leadership team shows for the employees is a real thing. You can feel it in the culture and feedback is taken to heart. By far the best company I have worked for.

Cons

Hard finding top talent in recent years. On the positive side, some of the things ATS is working on to bring in top talent is setting them apart from others.
