Good company to be with at most levels
Pros
- locations are nation-wide, so if you want to move, you can probably find a site to transfer to in any region you want to live - lots of training available - competitive pay and good benefits for technicians and management roles - promotion from within is common and exception performance is rewarded
Cons
- factory maintenance can be very demanding, long hours and overtime can be expected at many sites, and working conditions may be hot/cold/dusty/loud/etc - opportunities and salary for engineering roles can be disappointing unless you're chasing a promotion to management - unless you're in the corporate office, the work is contracted services, and so you'll be working at the customer's location and your salary will often be lower than those customer employees around you with similar experience
