      I've spent over 10 years now working for ATS and I've enjoyed every moment of my time with ATS. Being part of an emerging growth company with aspirational goals brings constant energy, excitement, and new opportunities. Even more, having such an amazing family like culture that is what really makes this place special.

      Pros

      The sign on bonus while waiting for another job. You can use a tier board and talk non sense with no action and they believe you doing a good job. Literally didn’t do anything for month’s and never worked a full day. If you don’t want to do maintenance or you suck at it this place is for you. Janitors and secretaries needed for this fine maintenance establishment 🤣

      Cons

      Poor company structure. Management has zero maintenance experience. If you are a woman or was in the military you going to get promoted.
