Thank you for leaving this review. ATS does offer good hours and benefits, including paid time off. 2020 was a different year for us and for many companies. We have long-term employees who are not outsourced and we do everything we can to avoid lay-offs. Pros

Good place to have a job while looking for a real job. Several sites easy hire due to high turnover and poor management. Site will send you to or invest in your training without time served pay back, i.e., $4K worth of technology classes out of state in two months and you can give two weeks notice and self terminate and take that experience and training to another company without pay back.

Cons

You are contracted by another company i.e., as a contracted maintenance person for a real company i.e. Caterpillar, Worlds Finest Chocolate, Pretzels, with a limited period contract which is renewed (hopefully) each two, three of five year period. You could be furloughed at any time to improve sites profit margin, seniority dose not count, this is a non-union at will termination company.

Cons

Cares about pleasing the customer over taking care of the current employee's. Lack of advancement, will use you to gain a goal then not take care of the employee's that made it all happen.
