      10 Great Years with multiple roles, responsibilities and site locations.

      Pros

      I've had the pleasure of working with some great people, at all levels and at 4 different sites. The relationships I've had with my management (at all sites) has been what fuels my motivation, commitment and loyalty to this company. ATS has always treated me like a respected, valued employee and makes it clear that they appreciate my service. So no matter how challenging my position or my customer gets.... I can always count on the support and appreciation of my team. ATS has always provided good pay and benefits, including paid vacations and holidays. They also have very helpful support staff members in numerous fields to assist with issues when needed. ATS also provides numerous opportunities for advancement and/or relocation.

      Cons

      There are always things that people won't like about work. But comparing ATS to previous employers, I can't think of any cons.
