      If you are in need of a job then you can work here.

      Cons

      There is no place to for advancement, you are always a contractor for the company you are working for. These jobs are full time but they are full time working for another company so can be stopped at any time.

      Pros

      ATS had great advancement opportunities. I was young and impatient at the time, but looking back they treated me very well. Really enjoyed the people I worked with.

      Do not like self-evaluation based raises. Seems unfair to me.

      Preach work life balance but do nothing to assist with achieving it All pay scales are subjective and if you agree to start at lower level and out-perform, adjustments are not provided accordingly, only the maximum incremental raises. Planner/Schedulers are not truly valued with no bonus program in spite of their work driving bonuses for site supervisors and site managers Planner/schedulers and site managers are viewed as plug and play and retention is not a major concern for these positions.
