      Good friends can be made Decent start for basic IT experience on your resume

      Cons

      Will pay you just enough to keep you going in everyday in order to feed yourself Management is bass ackwards and very childish with their "friendships" Employees are treated and looked at like numbers on a spreadsheet If you get a good immediate boss, dont expect their mandatory replacement in a year or two to be anywhere near as good, management tends to swap roles left and right to get their "friends" into higher pay grades

      ATS has many wonderful applications and services to help businesses stay relevant and up to date with technology.

      Cons

      ATS infrastructure and management has completely lost touch with remote workers and therefore created an isolating mentality, and alienating chain of command. The morale of our certain team is at an all-time low and the few times we have escalated issues to upper management, it was met with the email or phone call being directed to the manager you're having all the issues with. This is not a great place to work if you're going to be away from either one of the corporate offices.

      Good starter company if you have no experience and benefits are ok compared to most contract companies.

      Cons

      -Little to no advancement or pay potential after first higher. -supervisors and nonresponsive and lazy or over worked. -If you have a concern or question they will do as little as posable to respond seemingly hoping you will quit so they can get the next naive soul to replace you.
