      ATS not what it used to be

      Pros

      Good place to start your career and gain experience in IT.

      Cons

      Growth within ATS isn't what it used to be. Most managers are no longer being groomed from within the company and are external hires. Time management was also implemented recently for the service desk and has killed retention. The service desk is not a traditional call center and should not be treated as such.

      Great team environment among technicians

      Cons

      Corporate does not evaluate technician happiness with their site level management. If one technician has a problem it is generally the technician, when the entire team has an issue it is clearly the management.
