Pros

Allowed me to provide my expertise back to my previous employer, serving as a consultant. As the younger employees gained in skill and experience I was able to work fewer and fewer hours every year, finally completely entering full retirement.

Cons

I did not remember any negatives.

Business Outlook

Pros

Work life balance is pretty good In general, work is relaxed and very low stress

Cons

Low pay, Contacting for government so we don't deal with company management a whole lot outside of pay, ie: government at any point can cut funding with no real input from the company
