      The work environment is very laid back.

      There is no training if you do not know something related to your job there are no resources for you to reach out to. The benefits are average but not bad.

      Pros

      I've worked for the company for 6 years. I've had excellent performance reviews and in return received very fair increases each year as well as some bonuses. ATR has a fantastic benefits program. I have BCBS health insurance, Metlife Dental, vision, long term/short term disability, excellent insurance and an excellent 401K plan (75% match). The vacation/sick leave program is very generous as well. I'm posting this review because I hate for anyone to walk away from this company because of a couple of negative reviews. Check them out!

      Cons

      ATR is my employer, but I work at a government facility. My daily contact is with the government team. If I have questions or concerns I talk to my ATR supervisors and they have always been supportive. There really are no cons with ATR.
