CEO mentality is like 5 years old kid, never accept the argument, never listen to the second opinion, Finance team dealing with people as if they are giving you their own money, HR is a big joke and they only exist to support and clapping for the management decisions which are most likely wrong. The german customer is giving only the repetitive tasks to the developer, Most good developers already left the company, now there are like 8 developers after there were like 80. I have witnessed 3 fire cases.one of them was a full team of control engineers about 5~7 engineers without any reason. the second one was a full team of 6 Oddo developers and finally was a guy who was one day late to sign his renewal contract. Finally, the relation between the CEO and the board members built on family relationship :)

The most miserable thing that despite all these 5 stars reviews the HR put here. The company rate can't get over 3 stars If you agreed to be hired for Advansys you are trapped with a management that would take every moment from your time and effort and keeps you work as a donkey without any appreciation. And you will see the appretiaton go mostly for liars and management pets. Although all the hard work you will show, The projects will fail because they can't manage to deliver projects with such poor management and planning qualifications They may close a whole department without any previous notes to people. That exactly what happend with ODOO department after they kept hiring to the last moment before closing the department You will always listen to promises that will never happen. Salaries are below the market and they are bragging to give you your papers when you decide to leave, and may ask you to pay for them, the funny thing that people are paying to get out of this trap.
