- No Career Path. - Low experience. - No development plan for the team. - Promises they Can't keep. - Very weak HR management. - No appreciation. - KPIs and performance management are just an image, unfortunately, you will get reviewed according to personal decisions. - Very bad management. - Micromanagement. - Advansys doesn't have an Identity of an engineering company, it's an outsourcing company for Dematic, so during commissioning, sometimes you will do a lot of technicians work like Extending cables, putting labels, modifying panels and powering on cabinets for Dematic engineers. - Take care of your knees and joints because of working under conveyors and there is no medical insurance abroad.
