Nice and helpfully colleagues. stable company because it have a strategy partnership with Dematic, which is a market leader in logistics solutions.

Cons

Advansys is outsourcing for Dematic, so Dematic engineers will do there best to keep you away from there technology. If you are a fresh engineer you will be welcome to go to the site to became a dumb helper, But if you are well experienced then the will keep you in Cairo away from the technology creators.

You really get more than you put. If you do whats asked from you (which isn't hard), everybody will appreciate you.

Cons

Not good with managing time, sometimes you just do nothing, other times everything is over your head at once. Other than that, great company.
