I have read some reviews that I believe to hugely false. Here is an honest review from someone who has now left the business & has no reason to lie. Exciting time for the Manchester office, huge refurb with it now being the head office. Some positives below: - Fantasitc office environment. All teams have a great atmosphere and management get involved in all of the office banter - Career progression is there if you want it. It’s not about how long you have been there, it’s about how good you are at your job. The company will create further opportunities for you if you want them and are ready. - Fantastic commission scheme. I interviewed several people from competing agencies who didn’t have as good a commission scheme as what Advantage offer. Uncapped with a realistic monthly target. - Regular incentives. Weekly, monthly, quarterly and even yearly incentives to incentivise you even more! - Strong management throughout the business, not just Manchester that care. They listen and will always try to make improvements if needed. - The location is brilliant. The office is being completely refurbed, is across from the tram stop, has lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops and is also only a few minutes drive from the motorway - Free parking My only reason for leaving was a fantastic opportunity outside of recruitment, closer to home that I could not say no to.
Cons
Not much to say on this. I would have said the office as it is quite basic, however the business are spending a small fortune completely refurbing and have doubled the office space. Other reviews have mentioned KPI’s. There are targets (like with all recruitment firms) but they are easily achievable and the majority of consultants regularly hit or exceed the targets set.
