Pros

25 days holiday each year

Cons

With a new set of Directors now in place, there is a lot of inconsistencies with direction and how staff are treated. Beware of the fake reviews on 14th Feb. Staff told to write positive reviews. Disappointing that our CEO could not tell his Basingstoke staff face to face that he was making them redundant and shutting the office rather than hiding behind an email set on his behalf. Shame on you. Id give it 18 months before considering working here, hope it's settled down by that time.

Pros

I was with the company for over 5 years and left after the first set of changes in 2018. I have read many of the recent reviews so am aware of the recent announcement but this review is based on my tenure until the point I left. Change was a long time coming New leadership has brought new focus, direction, greater communication and transparency Greater visibility of parent company in the UK Increased investment in 2018 which resulted in: Two new offices in London New employee benefits implemented Improved industry leading training due to go live in 2019 A new and very strong marketing team Greatly improved internal communication Increased visibility of the UK leadership team and regular internal communication

Cons

At the time I left Manchester office was in need of major refurb (I understand this is now being done) Financial results are not always communicated clearly to all employees. Slow to innovate Culture is sluggish as the business has been stuck in a rut ‘doing things the way they’ve always been done’
