      Pros

      Great PTO package, easy to talk with upper management, large company makes for excellent pool of nationwide clients. Great salary. Definitely offers a career if you're willing to work for it!

      Cons

      Someone brought decaf coffee once :(

      Pros

      The people I worked with for the most part were the best part of the position. It was also a good place to start off in a Human Resources career. The money you could make as a recruiter was great but you worked very hard for every last penny.

      Cons

      Management has very unrealistic expectations for what people can accomplish. The management I interacted with also managed on a fear based system and were frequently threatening to let people go if they couldn't meet the impossible expectation. Just overall not a very positive environment.
