      Pros

      Hours were flexible and it's pretty laid back as long as you do your job.

      Cons

      Unless you're at the corporate office, you feel like you're on an island. They like to make changes and move people around, but it doesn't seem like much thought is put into it. There are people in positions they probably shouldn't be in.....

      Decent PTO policy and benefits are OK but on the expensive side

      Cons

      Not all recruiters have access to the same recruiting tools and compete internally among each other. It's an unfair when being held to the same metrics. Upper management is rarely supportive or has a true understanding of what is going on.
