Pros

I enjoyed well over a decade with an amazing organization. Once the President retired and sold, it was not the same company.

Cons

Since President retired the company is not the same. They no longer value their employees and have lost most of the key players due to the culture change. After being a loyal employee for many years, I was excited to see how much more earning potential there is with competitors. Their bonus structure is extremely lacking. I went from a name to a number.

You post an add for a technical sales representative, then at the bottom of the page your review of the company states you're a staffing firm. What kind of dimwits do you take people for? I'm constantly seeing staffing companies under the disguise of "Sales Position." Staffing isn't sales, stop playing with people.
