Pros

If you produce, they'll be flexible. It's a paycheck. You get to do good things for good people You get to meet a lot of interesting people in passing(They turnover a lot)

Cons

The VP is vocal about not caring about morale. The branch that I worked in saw over 20 people turnover in 1 year... Sad, because there were 26 people working when I started. They have low priority to backfill, which really sucks for the people that remain. They expect a lot, you almost have to demand your balance. Most of the people working 5 plus years are going to be fake watch dogs. Not a long-term career solution. If you are Black, shy away from asking about a sales position, you may have to lose yourself to get it.

Pros

Worked alongside some fantastic people, the company used to run a 5-a-side football team which was great for staff morale and team building across the business, a dated on-site gym but it's free, decent cafe

Cons

Took away car park access from most staff, stopped sponsoring the company 5-a-side football team, told staff they weren't allowed to go to the on-site cafeteria to get a coffee outside of their lunch break. Jumped through every hoop put in front of me over the course of two years with the promise of promotion and career opportunities, however my improved job titles just meant more responsibility with no increase on my earnings.
