Micro management- Some divisions are more difficult to work with, due to the clients rules. Ever changing environment: lousy communication skills from some operation dept and management, and favoritism GALORE!

Cons

All management is very good at lying to your face and making promises that just aren't true. Like just because we hired another recruiter doesn't mean we don't want you also, to turn around and fire me for following their rules.
